JUST TO Make few things clear
I just wanted to clear a few things up b/c sometimes I get a bad wrap. I have heard so many times "you go through animals so fast". Let me explain....Most or a lot of animals I have taken in lately I have never had any intention of keeping them for permanent. I would rather foster them for a while until I can find them a loving home. Many animals would otherwise wind up in shelters and get euthanized. I also am a member of a Maine coon rescue group who pull kittens out of the shelters to give them a 2nd chance. I keep them until they find their furrever home. I have also taken in 2 pregnant mommy's this season only to help find them and their darlings great homes. It is hard work and I frown upon people's negative attitude...hehe
PUPPIES, Puppies, puppies!!! xoxoxoxo
Whats been going on with us?!
So much has been going on lately that I feel I need to catch up a little! First of all, Congrats to Jenn and Kelly..they make the perfect couple and I am so happy for them! We have all been trying to adjust to the summer schedule and have been doing excelent!!
Updates:
Elliott: is sweet as ever, he is looking for a fishing boat currently so we can go on a few adventures. I love him so dearly and he is a great daddy!
Nicholas: Did great in Kindergarten and excelled in every subject area. He is a wonderful little boy with a huge personality! Not to mention how great of a ring bearer he was at Jenn's wedding!!
Blake: is the cutest baby in the world! What else can I say? ...Well okay, except he likes to climb over gates, up on couches to feed the fish, climp on top of the kitchen table to "jump" and get into everything else execpt the toys he is supposed to play with. He is an angel. We are so blessed and that is not a joke!
Me: Well...I am just a crazy mom who takes care of kids and puppies all day. I wouldn't want it any different...I love them all!!!

We started a new series at church called "Chase the Lion"...we all got little reminder cards to read every morning and I really loved what it had to share so I thought I'd share........"Quit living as if the purpose of life is to arrive safely at death. Set God-sized goals. Pursue God-ordained passions. Go after a dream that is destined to fail without divine intervention. Keep asking questions. Keep making mistakes. Keep seeking God. Stop pointing out problems and become part of the solution. Stop repeating the past and start creating the future. Stop playing it safe and start taking risks. Expand your horizons. Accumulate experiences. Enjoy the journey. Find every excuse you can to celebrate everything you can. Live like today is the first day and last day of your life. Don't let what's wrong with you keep you from worshiping what's right with God. Burn sinful bridges. Blaze new trails. Criticize by creating. Worry less about what people think and more about what God thinks. Don't try to be who you're not. Be yourself. Laugh at yourself. Quit holding out. Quit holding back. Quit running away. Chase the lion."
